Our inspection inlcudes, identifying Major defects, Safety Hazards, Minor defects and any important information we think you should know about including possible areas of Asbestos. We will inspect the roof exterior, inside the roof, under the floor (where accessible), internal areas and all external areas within the property boundaries up to 30 metres including out buildings, fencing, retaining walls etc. Our building inspections and reports comply with the Australian Standard AS4349.1
