Are you getting what you've paid for? Engaging a True Building Inspector for staged inspections when you are building your dream home generally creates a smoother journey and a better end result. It allows for issues to be identified early on before they can escalate into bigger problems that can be hard to rectify.
We can provide inspections at all stages of your construction or offer a package to suit your needs including, Slab/Footings, Frame, Brick/Clad and Roof, Lockup and Handover stage. We will report on suspected non compliance based on the National Construction Code as well identifying substandard or incomplete works. When word gets around that a True Building Inspector is on site, work tends to be completed to a much higher standard.
